Super good location (near Air France office and metro) and comparatively spacious room for the price. Windows in sleeping area and bathroom opened into enclosed areas so it was very quiet. The area outside bathroom was totally private so we had nice breeze through room. We had room 508 so if you want the bathroom window privacy, request a room ending in 08. Staff very helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. Easy walk to Willi's Wine Bar at 13 Rue de Petiti Champs, a small high quality restaura.
all reviews » The location was fairly convenient and within walking distance to many shopping streets, and even to the Louvre. The rooms were also nicely decorated and well maintained. Three of us shared a room and we were given a duplex room which gave us much privacy and space. The staff members were also friendly and very helpful. We checked in early and they allowed us to deposit our luggage before our room was ready. The Italian restaurant beside the hotel serves wonderful pastas (big servings!) - great. to start with the staff were just so friendly both day and night. they could not have been any more helpful..they were great. offered advice on how to get around Paris eg.shuttle to airport. the room was so very comfortable..bed and pillows fantastic..very clean. coffee machine was a nice bonus. location was excellent...everything within walking distance. No need to catch the metro. Friendly and smiling ladies at front desk, single room with adjacent dressing area and clean, modern bathroom, very comfortable bed with good duvet and plenty of good quality pillows and delicious breakfast including cereals and scrambled eggs, fresh orange juice and plenty of choice scrumptious pastries. Best of all is great location. Wonderful location, on crawling distance to beautiful sights like the Galleries Lafayette and the Jardin des Tuileries, with an excellent compromise between the reach of the Gard du Nord station while not having to stay in that area. Nespresso coffee capsules were not replenished - if we needed more, they will be charged. i dont want to sound picky but i thought for the money you pay for the room the coffee pods could have been complimentary. The first three were free and then you had to pay 1euro each for them. I had a 3rd floor room facing street, so it was a bit noisy as it has a couple bars opposite. Slept well anyhow as I was very tired. Better to ask for rooms facing courtyard if you can. No view, and the shower is quite tiny. It's expensive for global standards, but for Paris it's a good deal. I agree with previous comment a mirror in the room would be advantageous. Little things: lack of bidet, somewhat shabby furniture. A bit expensive, but it is Paris... The internet was a bit slow. Breakfast was 18 Euro each person per day. Too pricey!. A bit noisy from outside. Nothing!. Small and over heated lift!. no. Nothing. Reception is very small. Decor is a bit dated in the rooms. Not really value for money even given the excellent location. But it's Paris, so that's what you expect. Noisy bars on road outside. Thin walls. better shower in room size and on level. The rooms were cramped, but, that is typical of inner city hotels in Paris. small dresser, no view. Nothingspecific. the water of shower room is too small and very very hot. Why we will not stay at this hotel again is that if you want coffee in your room other than one just when you check in, you are forced to come to the front desk and are charged for each coffee that you request 1 Euro. This is being too money grubbing and for that reason it is forever off of our list!!. Wi-fi system is a little disturbing, you have to re-ask for password every 2-3 days. Only receptionist at night, no staff for carrying luggage. not good view.
