Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Bedrooms clean and beds comfortable. Considering it's position in a busy area, the bedrooms were very quiet. staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I booked a triple room, and I was a little apprehensive given how small Parisian hotel rooms can be, but our room (room 23 on the 5th floor) was enormous with a separate bedroom for the 3rd bed, and also a fold out couch that could have been used as a 4th bed. The location in the 6th arr. was also fantastic!.

Tiny room!!!. the noise from other guests next door, my friends in another room didn't have hair dryer, no coffee/tea making facilities in rooms or public area in the hotel. shower did not have the hottest water (or much pressure); could have been a little cleaner all round. Very bad shower. And we did not get the more expensive room for half of the price.Our room was very simple, without a view and almost the same price as we've paid. Really a pity. The waitress had a streaming cold! Yuk!! We had to cancel the breakfastand go elsewhere. This is basic hygine.smelly small room, no internet(at the time), old blankets. hotel staff. This hotel's room was not clean at all.There were insects in my room and I had to change my room in the middle of the night.The next day I woke up with one eye closed since the insect bit me from there.
