Nice staff, english speaking and comprehension, clean, nice location, secure parking. Extremely friendly and helpful will definately recommend. The apartment was clean, very quiet and excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful.Hotel was very close to the metro, and internet was available 24 hours a day for free. We also had a little kitchen in our room and that was perfect.

It is really difficult to enter the bathroom if the door opens to inside.The pullout couch/bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel was on the outskirts of Paris, but very close to the Metro and shopping in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. checkin time was 2 pm(weekend), we had to wait to get into hotel. Absence of a tea kettle in the room, just a coffee maker, but I don't drink coffee. Bathroom a bit small, but clean!. Ask for the cleaning products for the kitchen, they are not provided in the room, but free at reception. SOME STAFF MEMBERS VERE NOT VERY FRIENDLY. THE PILLOWS WERE BAD. OUR ROOM WAS FACING CEMETERY BUT STILL WAS VERY NOISY AT NIGHT. LOCATION IS TOO FAR FROM MAJOR SIGHTS. beds were ok, but not too comfortable. A kettle in the room would have been good. If we are expected to clean plates etc, then dishwashin liquid + sponges should have been provided free of charge. Neighbourhood may have been quiet but the hotel wasn't. People merely walking above me was so loud. Noisiest place for internal noise I've ever stayed at.I didn't like towels, many were spotted. In the kitchen didn't have sponge and soap. Nor cup for breakfast.
