Enjoyed every moment! Perfect location next to a tube stop. Staff are extremely helpfull (tried to arrange different flights for us while we were sight seeing as our original flights got cancelled, and kept us updated throughout the day!) and made every effort to make you feel welcome. Would recomend this hotel to everyone! Definately staying there again. A++. The staff were brilliant, really friendly and great help. The location was perfect; the price was an absolute bargain for the location and the comfort. Had a great experience. Really impressed!!.

The rooms are great and the breakfast outstanding. Our second visit in seven years. Small hotel, personalized, friendly service, attention to design details. Friendly staff, good position very near to Champ Elysees. Place (arc de triomphe), french old style decor, beautiful large bed. Room service only during day. It had been recently renovated and was clean and new looking. The staff were all very helpful and very efficient. However, is this really a 4 star hotel?. Very good location, direct near Champs-Elysees, near good restaurants and metro station. The decoration was very stylish inside and outside the room. it is like home. Small Lobby. near to the champs elysees. nothing except the free wifi. Small room, Parking in other building with very narrow lane. 1.No hairdryer. 2. Four light bulbs were broken, when I told the hotel staff 3 were fixed immediately and the 1 above the bathroom basin was still broken when I left. 3. The roman blind curtains on the windows could not be opened as the cords were broken. 4.I paid for a deluxe single, was this infact a deluxe single? 5. The soap dispenser and cotton wool holder were empty. 6. No shower curtain.The room we got was in the basement, looking out at a small closed court. Direct outside was the breakfast room, so every morning from 08:00 till 10:30, it was very noisy. room serves is 12 h only.the stuff not enough, the look of the bathroom was broken, the bathroom stuff was over aged the not clean, the shower holder was broken. over all the room was not will serves. very dim room, no facilities in the hotel like room service for example, hotel needs maintenance , very expensive comparing to the hotel services, never go there again. The room was very bad and there was too many holes in the wall of the bath and I did not feel safety and comfort in this hotel.
