In case of multiple reservations, your apartments may be located in different buildings. This list is non-exhaustive and may change depending on the apartment inventory, but the address provided will still be located within the same area. Please note that the name on the credit card used for payment must match the name of the person who made the booking. Reservations are non-transferable. Please note that a photocopy of the credit card used to make the reservation and will be required, as well as a photocopy of the guest's photo ID. They have to be sent at last at 18:00 on the arrival day. Please note that guests have to pick up the keys at the agency, located 10 avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 75008 Paris. You must contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival to receive information about check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation, and this service is available 24 hours every day. Should you arrive after midnight or on a weekend day, please come to the Bridgestreet office and call the hotline for instructions to enter the building and access the safety deposit box located on the right in which you may find the key and access instructions to your acommodation. For every booking made 24 hours before arrival or later, the client is kindly requested to directly come to the agency before 18:00 to validate the booking, otherwise the reservation cannot be guaranteed. The agency is located 10 avenue Franklin Roosevelt, 75008 Paris . Guests staying for a minimum of 6 nights benefit from a free weekly cleaning service. Additional cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Please note that the agency is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Please note that some of the apartments are accessible only via staircases.
