I got happy about Appart'city Cap Affaires Paris because when i arrived the room seems exactly as I read before in LetsBookHotel.com. Easy located to paris central/metro. Very clean with the staff helpful, polite and multi-lingual.the location, close to Metro. Location and free WiFi internet. View from bedroom window. Was on the ground floor would have preferred to be higher up for a better view. all reviews »
the parking facility! website mentioned we should make a reservation and we did only to arrive and find it not available due to a problem of their automatic keys !!!! ended up using a private parking and paying LOADS for it !!!!. The room was small, cold, unfriendly, problems with the shower and the sink leaking on the bathroom floor. This is not a hotel, but an appartment rental, a lot of papers to sign and inventory to check... not recommended for short stays. the room was clean at the beginning but nobody showed up to clean it the following 5 days, neither a change of towels or bedclothes.We were said that children were no accepted but this information was not in letsbookhotel.com, therefore, we didin´t get a crib for our baby.Also was very inconvenient that the reception had a fixed scheduled and it was closed during all March 24th.
