Very nice hotel! Had a specious room (at leats for Paris), Provides fast internet access (both WIFI and cable). Because the hotel is fairly new, the equipment was so too. Excellent breakfast buffet. Will come again. The staff was very helpful, the location was great, and the decor of the hotel was very stylish. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!. The location, the design of the room, the cleanliness and the fact we could open the windows.

Excellent room, GREAT shower, excellent location. It's a true 4 star hotel in Paris, neat and modern and we loved the interior. The location is perfect, it's a 4 minute walk to Montparnasse Metro station from which you ride directly to Gare du Nord, but also to the main shopping area's and the Notre Dame. But there's plenty to do in the area itself too. Perfect hotel, we had a wonderfull stay in Paris. Very smart, very clean. 4 bed family rooms were in fact 2 separate en-suite rooms accessed through a common lockable lobby, ideal!. Style, location. It was a lovely hotel, modern and clean. the staff were extremely helpful. it was situated in a nice area with nice restaurants and shops. Great area with lots of cafes and restaurants, but a large number of sex shops located close by the hotel could be quite off-putting. I like during my stay at this hotel, what hotel is new, clean and nice.The pleasant atmosphere with music in the hallways, a well appreciated design of the hotel. Close to Montparnasse Bvd with its bars and restaurants, close to St.Germain, quick access to Invaliuedes, Tour Eiffel, etc. The hotel itself nice and clean for Paris standards, in the middle of the action (theatres) but providing enough comfort and isolation (silent windows). I had a good sleep there.I like that the hotel is close to the centre and not too big. We enjoyed the liveliness of the area though. The checking out hysteria. Many eager persons to check out at the same time from their rooms and the staff was not effeciently handling the priority. One staff was explaning the way for some guests for 15-20 minutes instead of kindly asking them to wait to take more urgent matters i.e. people who was late for their flights etc. The rest of the queing guests ended leaving in a bad mood due this.elevator is very slow. the gardrobe area was too little for 2.The airconditioning system did not work too well and there was quite hot in the room. The hotel staff who cleaned neighbouring rooms was very loud. Problem with hot water on night we stayed so had to have cold shower!. For a brand new hotel, it is suprising to find poor sound proofing, and not too welle finished features (i.e. too short tiles around bath, there was a pervading water waste smell; For a 4 stars hotel, it is disappointing not to find a courtesy tray or bath robe. Loose hairdryer nozzle valtzing away.;;. TV was not working proparly and there was 4 channels in German, 1 in Polish and 1 in French...No channles in English. Staff were not able to speak English and breakfast was cold and even at 7.15 am they were not fully prepared for breakfast. parking very difficult - they say there is no car park but the lift goes to a leve called parking!!. is located in one of the worst street of paris :( (full of sex shops and dvd rooms.. ) otherwise was really value for money. the breakfast was very poor. High price for Internet use. Bad maintenance in general, furniture not heavy duty, smell in toilets. The first room had not hot water. Thus, we have to pack again all our things and to move to another room. This is unacceptable according to my opinion. Hotel taff was not up to the standard of this hotel, beds veryimconfortable and the cleaning was far from perfect. There was a Disco downsatirs. Customer service, even ask for a Taxi was not posibile.most of the hotel staff didn't speak English,service was slow, rooms are too small and beds uncomfortable.
