Our hosts were lovely and generous and it felt like being welcomed into someone's home. The bar/dining area is beautiful and the beds and bedding were luxe.

  Chalet style hotels are a given in the Alps. The hotel's public areas are clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were Alpine style with very comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Very clean. Great view from our 4th floor room. We had requested that our teenage childrens room be close to ours even though we had differ... what people say » ent tariff rooms, not a problem. Internet and TV were both good. We ventured to the gym, which had most things you need. Breakfast was buffet style - Hotel is located in quiet part of the mountain close to the tourist office with it's own restaurant & include excellent buffet breakfast. Also plenty more restaurants located within 20 mtrs & handy small deli supermarket. It has 3 easy optional way's to access the rond point of the mountain.   A very friendly and fantastic staff that speaks English very well. No problems having to modify reservation. The mountain views from the room and balcony are incredible. Aside from the breakfast buffet, there are no other meals available but there are plenty of great places to eat within a short walk (staff recommended couple great places!).
