Location, view from the garden and the pool will makes us return. Bus 14 leaving from the square offers a great way (you don't have to park your car) to visit the city.
The view was splendid, the location excellent to enjoy all the interesting things in the neighbourhood, catering for a wide set of interests (seaside, nature, villages, Nice old town,...). The swimming pool was nice and usually, despite being there in peak season, we had it to ourselves or shared with few others.all reviews »
The bed is only for the Spartans amongst us. Shower leaves little room to move. Electric stove and pans do not allow for great meals. Mosquitoes can be very present, even in broad daylight.
Staff availability is minimal and I was happy I speak decent French, would have been difficult otherwise. The "villa" was not well maintained with too small beds for any adult born after 1920, cleanliness upon arrival was so and so etc. Once settled in and only being inside for sleeping, this doesn't stop one from enjoying the stay/holidays. An airco would have been nice, however this is known upfront.
