Staff so friendly and helpful room lovely, excellent service. very clean, very friendly, maybe the showergel should replaced everyday but it is of best quality. Air conditioning in our room didn't work. If the hotel is going to be that expensive then at least add in one meal of the day!. problems with internet connection; overpriced WiFi access. Bed too small, air conditionning not very powerfull. Breakfast was poor and vastly overpriced, there was no mini bar and for an apparently newly sound proofed hotel the noise from 4 storeys below was as if it was being played out in your room.There was no shampoo, location far from see. Parking was a condition yet only six places available to all hotel.
