The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. I would recommend this to anyone wanting easy access to the ski slopes and withing walking distance to the village.
all reviews » Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. The opening times of the pool were to restricted. the room was warm, I think due to a heater being on but not sure. The wi-fi was down. Decor was dowdy. the planning of the bathroom was very odd (large fittings; small space). Pillows were 'continental' (square). Kitchen was nice to have but oddly planned. I have never had to pay half of the cost as a deposit before; makes claiming expenses a bit difficult. Easier to take full payment in advance. Can't receive phone calls after 10:00pm. Wireless is very crappy and not usable most of the time. Tv was not connected in our room but we were all day out skiing so it wasnt a problem for us. The sofa bed in the Studio was incredibly uncomfortable... we ended up putting the mattress on the floor!. The room was a bit dated and there were several broken fixtures. We had a suite with a kitchen, but no dish soap or sponge for washing dishes was included. The kitchenette was very small and poorly equipped. Breakfast room was too small for the hotel, it needed more tables and chairs. nothing. pool could have been warmer no bath plug !. The morning staff was rude. I got in late . Missed breakfast by a few minutes. Just wanted coffee. Nobody to help me. I went and made a cup. The staff appeared and yelled at me for not asking first. I explained I had been waiting for over ten minutes. On check out they charged me for two cups of coffee. The wi fi did not work. I figured for the major inconvenience of paying for wi fi that was not working, they could have thrown in a cup of coffee. A little remote from the ski lift. Should supply cloths for kitchen area. Worried about hygiene of utensils if reliant on previous guest to clean. Terrible cobwebs above bed. Car parking was confusing!. Breakfast not included. Improvement preferred: Didn't like 'Wet room' prefer enclosed shower Clothes storage (nothing in the bedroom) a cupboard for food Walls all white so room felt cold. lift broke. Wifi did not work at all, and couldnt take a bath as there was no bath plug (asked at reception but they couldnt find one). A restaurant would be nice but not too far to drive to find one. No alcohol service at the hotel. No cold beers available. There was no comfortable seating area and there was a lack of crockery. Most unconfortable bed I have ever slept in (and I travel on business around 2 days per week). No wifi HELP!!! No toaster worlds slowes kettle TV didnt work. Lack of bar. Breakfast was expenesive Not close to ski lift. We asked for a longer bed and got a sleeper couch that was reallt uncomfortable! Also there were no aircon in the room and we were there during a hot period. The toilet in the room didnt work and I had to repair it myself as they didnt, the room smelled strongly of smoking even as a non smoking room.
