This is a comfortable hotel with self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Montepellier. You need to know that you can drive or walk to the tram terminal about 10 minutes away on foot in order to get to the city centre. This is also where you need to go to get supplies. There is a magnificent shopping centre here. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was suitable for purpose and relaxed. WiFi was available. Getting in to the place after-hours was easy.
all reviews » great big room with all amenities included. The room is modern design so feel quite fresh. We had 4 people room with a big balcony which is very nice that we can have breakfast there. The living room is not big, so feel a bit crowded for 4 people. Reasonably comfortable and clean. Do not pay 10 euros a night for parking. While we were there there was plenty of on street parking and the road is not at all busy. The location is perfect, in case you have a car on-site; normally there's a quiet atmosphere. very helpful staff laundry facilities. Not much. The lobby and the garage were ok. It was clean.. dimension of room is fair good beds. It would be nice if there was a basic welcome pack in the kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk. Maybe a pack of biscuits. The distance from public transport. The views from the room was of no great interest. all was fine. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. Will be nice to offer free dish cleaning thing, it doesn´t cost much but will be a nice gesture to show the hospitality. The hair drier was broken and they promised to either mend it or change our room. They did neither. Also the swimming pool had no water in it - a bit of a disappointment. Bathroom was starting to degrade; I didn't take BF because it's too basic. asked to leave kitchenette clean, but no soap or cloth to do so kitchen supplies very minimal. The photos are not what you you will find in the hotel. The corridors are very badly maitainted and looks like a 2 star hotel - which is not is publicized. Looks like motel and not a 4 star residence. Breakfast must be ordered the night before ... Got the impression that they would order a package for you. Outrageously expensive. - position is awful: in the middle of nowhere, only firms around with a fire brigade station in front - swimming pool in shadow and of limited use - kitchen equipment is very basic. - i stayed for 5 nights and the room wasnt cleaned or refreshed at all - i had to ask for toilet paper top be delivered after my room was not refreshed - i didnt expect the room to be cleaned every day but one out of 5 would have been expected - the pool was slimy and there was no water.
