  Good welcome and although the couple did not speak very much English they tried very hard and we managed with our broken French. It was a pleasure meeting them and breakfast was served to us rather than the usual buffet style we had experienced. And was plentiful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable but basic. The room was clean and and comfortable. The hotel is located within 3 minutes walk from the seafront and 10 minutes from the centre of Menton and the old town. Continental breakfast was good with as much coffee as you wanted. We would certainly stay there again. Great value for money. Bon accueil. We were greeted with a friendly English-speaking service at the reception. We stayed in a triple room. It's not a big room, there was just enough space to navigate around the furniture but it was fine.
