  This is a chic hotel right in the middle of Mende. The parking is a bit of a challenge but not too troublesome. I think it is a little expensive and I do not like having to pay for breakfast as an extra (although this is often the case in France). The hotel is modern and everything you would expect from a city centre hotel really. The staff were h... what people say » elpful, it is clean, spacious and modern. - An excellent hotel, redoing all of its rooms. Very friendly and competent front desk, able in English and helpful. Nice new rooms and very nice modern ensuite bathrooms, very clean, good linens and towels, and quiet for sleeping. Do not miss the dining room for the evening meal - the menu is extensive and the cooking excellent.

  everything was excellent - Functional, clean hotel with parking and easy access to local roads. Easy walk to town centre. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast. - The hotel is a short walk to the centre and offers on site parking. None of the staff spoke English which was refreshing and were friendly.

  A very pleasant hotel with very helpful staff. Convenient location just outside the town centre. Very good restaurant. - food in brasserie was excellent, good parking, very friendly staff and they speak also english, can walk to center of town in 10min

  The hotel was very central in Mende. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem in the room and they took care of it quickly. - Lovely village. Hotel situated in the quiet town square actoss from the church. Great dinner in the Brasserie.
