very good service. kind. I took a room with sink. It was very clean and comfortable. the shower is shared with other guests, it looked dirty and it was uncomfortable. so I recommend taking one with shower (even though I do not know them). I loved the location, it is far from downtown but it is a nice and quiet neigborhood, full of good bouchons.
Rooms are not deluxe, but have a pleasant old-school french charm - are
very clean. Easy and pleasant walk to central Lyon, for this price,

Above average - very kind host and room was ok.
We only spent one night there, but I can say the staff were really nice and the room is great for the price. Also, the communal toilets and shower were good and clean.

The location is good. The room is proper.
It was quite central and functional.
There wasn't a hair dryer.
Maybe it is a bit too far away of the city center, but one can rent a bike for a really small amount of money (1.50€ per day).
The wifi is free but didn't work very well inside my room. The breakfast is good but could have more variety. The shower is outside the bedroom and very small.
There were many stairs and carrying large bags is difficult.

The bathroom facilities were too shared. Clean enough but if the hotel had been much busier then there could have been a real "inconveniece".

The guy at the desk was awfully unfriendly, got a room with a private bathroom which was broken! - when told about it, he just said we should be happy to have the private bathroom.
Value for money isn't as good as it should be, and breakfast costs extra. Check-out was simply to leave the key in the room - very strange.
Won't be staying there again!.
