The rooms were very clean. The bathroom fixtures had been recently replaced. The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day. There was free Wi-Fi internet access available in the hotel lobby. This was an unexpected, but nice surprise and I think it should be mentioned in the hotel description.
all reviews » Because its a nice hotel and nice place, most of all its easy to finethe place and we had a good parking for our cars. The atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff. The price of this facility is really affordable. You have the convience of a grocery store just two blocks to the left of the building. Then an open market just two blocks to the right of the building. The staff are really honest, as I left my handbag in the apartment and had to return to the hotel after we had departed, and everything was in order in my bag.Great view, nice clean rooms, and quite area. they have internet access for free. very quiet and the staff were very professional and helpful. They spoke good English. room facilities free parking good continental breakfast plus price. The price is excellent. self service. The extra space with the apartment style layout was a delight. The location was great...close enough to tourist sites and shopping while not being in the middle of the congestion. This was a great stop on our tour of France. Staff excellent. Toiletries were not supplied and no dishwashing supplies too.No paper towel and no dish soap. The wall of the bathroom is dirty. Placement of TV in the room was in the wrong place . Should have been above the dining table. No housekeeping was available and this was not made known. It was not very clean. The doors did not close well.There was no higienic paper or cleaning components. we booked an appartment it had a pull out sofa bed and a tiny room with bunk beds. it was fine for us as we were out all day. Reception desk is not available 24 hrs. as stated above. The main road was very noisy,there wasn't enough towels for 4 ladies and there wasn't a kettle. One of the electric heaters was slightly damaged.Sofa bed... The spring was not good... The wireless internet in not available everywhere in the hotel (asadvertised), bu only in the lobby. One has to take his computer therebut getting the signal is not simple. It takes a lot of fiddling. Themanagement should make this process much, much simpler, and make itavailable in all the rooms, providing in this way more comfort (andbetter use of time) for their clients.The sofa bed was not so comfortable. Very thin walls that you can actually hear the squeeking of the doors in the next room. Yes They don't change the rowels daily.coffee machine not working at breakfast time. The main entrance door being left unlocked at all times?. The dishes were still wet, we found a life cockroache, the toilet needed a special action to stop flushing the water, the toilet floor was wet - there was a leek, the wireless internet was not functional during our three times trials!! Appart from the internet we did not contact the staff about it because ... we were only there for 2 days and did not want to waste time!. The lingering smell of cigarettes/smoke. Only a suggestion perhaps you should make non smokers rooms available?. Poor bathroom design and no loo paper! No tea towel for drying up washing. We found the appartment we'd booked very smalland therefore we had to upgrade - just to have a little bit more space. The small rooms were made difficult to use by misplaced doors, there was no bed in our double room, just a pullout couch, the shower was so dirty we elected not to use it. Not very clean. Very small apartments. Distance from shrine is way more than advertised.The double bed was a sofa that opened to a bed; suitable for kids andnot adults. We asked to change to a room with a proper double bed butHotel didn't have any clean room and the manager couldn’t be reached inorder to approve the change So we had to drag the bunk bed mattresses tothe floor and sleep on the floor. Also not enough towels in room and nosoap is supplied. The hotel was very durty also our room. The personal gave wrong informaiton about the city in the buses. Somen went into our room and let the door completle open!! The toilette didn't work and their was no light in the floor.
