locality and staff. room is newly renovated and well equipped (with hair dryer). staff is very helpful. Location, restuarant availability. Close to the Sanctury. The location to Lourdes, very central. The people who worked there were nice. rooms were extremely out of date, not value for money! I think if i was in the newer part of the hotel it would have been ok. Cheap covers on the bed, dated wallpaper, orange carpet on the walls. Clean, but definitely 30 years since last changed. The cleaners knocked at 7.30am! I stayed in Lourdes last year in Mariale and this was only 53 euro a night for a brand new studio with kitchen.
