  Used as a stop over on the way home from skiing. Almost exactly midway from the slopes to Calais. Extremely helpful couple ( American service mixed with Cuban energy) who run the hotel. Well decorated with a good shower and good beds. Family suite good value for money and feels like a small apartment. Dinner in our room on arrival was superb - plenty of space with armchairs and waited on by our hosts. An overnight stop en-route to the Alpes but would certainly make a base for exploring the town of Langres and surrounding area. Just perfect.

  We stayed at this hotel 3 weeks previously, to break our journey from Provence to the Channel Tunnel, for England. This overnight was on our return trip to Provence. It is ideally placed for a "stopping-off point" & we have stayed here about 8 times recently - that, in itself, constitutes a strong recommendation! The valet-parking, to a secure... what people say » covered area, is particularly valued - with a car laden with "things for our holiday home", parking otherwise would be very unwise! - Excellent Secure Parking Location in town centre ideal for that wander around the town. The chef is great! Fine meals in true French style. Manager and staff were very friendly.

  This was an excellent stop-over hotel for us. Only a short drive from the motorway and very easy to find. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was modern, clean and quiet, with a comfy bed and good shutters to block out the morning sun. We had a very nice bathroom, I think because we paid a little extra for a 'superior ... what people say » room'. Best thing was the lovely pool for a refreshing dip after a long drive! Good value for money. Safe parking outside, which is good when trave - The description on Bookings.com says this hotel "sits in a garden". It is actually set in a semi industrial area. Despite this, and although not what we were expecting, the room was comfortable, clean, quiet and in good proximity to Langres. The "outdoor pool" was actually heated and covered in, making it great to swim in despite it being very cool outside. We would stay there again.
