Also the train station is just a 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment has; small refrigerator, washing machine for laundry, facility for cooking-works with electricity.   Stayed here many times before. Staff always friendly and helpful. Pleasant entrance. The breakfast always good. The room was clean basic and freshly painted, situated one block back from the Main Street (opp: la croisette ) Great location. 100mts from coastline. It is also very close to the main street "La Croisette" and to the shops. The rooms were big and comfortable and the bathrooms clean. They changed towels every day. The staff was polite.   Great location and cheap at 75 euro for a double room. Really good for the Congress in Cannes. - The location is excellent for Cannes as I have been there quite a bit over the last 6 months for work and location is perfect for me whether I am travelling alone or with someone.

  The place was SUPERB, SUPERB,SUPERB! There is nothing I can complain about. Best location, spotlessly clean, well managed, equipped and designed, totally responsive..... I had a problem with the internet connection and I called the reservation department, the problem was fixed in 5 minutes.   Hotel America have the best staff I have dealt with in a long time. The staff there is fit for a seven stars hotel, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is perfectly located, close to port, city centre and beaches. Its ideal if you want to stay in a place that is 5 mins walking distance from everything in Cannes. Fantastic experience staying ... what people say » there. - Clean, neat and new rooms. Comfy bed. Good service and friendly staff. Can't think of anything we really disliked. The breakfast was 15 euro pr person though, which seems a bit expensive for cereals, croissant, nutella and som fruit. But we used the minibar as a refridgerator and bought out own groceries at a supeemarket nearby. ;-)
