It's better to live on the 5-th floor, as this building is higher than others around and you will see the whole city.   The location was excellent - minutes away from the railway station and not far from the bus station, beach and old town. Large modern room and bathroom which were very clean. Even though on a busy street we didn't suffer from noise as the rooms are well sound proofed. The beach can be reached within 5 mins walk making the location excellent. - the hotel is very close to the railway station.rooms are small but very comfortable.Minibar a plus as there is a supermarket next door, as we didn't take the breakfast option.We had a small balcony which added to the comfort of our room. Noise not a problem.Short walk to beach front and all attractions.You don't have to spend a fortune to stay in Cannes
