The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. The Nespresso machine was an unexpected bonus and a great way to start our day, sitting on the spacious terrace with a coffee. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa.

It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!. Nice staff, well furnished/equipped room (kitchen with dish washing machine, coffe machine, oven etc) We took the train from the Nice airport (cost 3.60€, 30 min) and from Juan le Pin train station it was only 5 min walk down to the sea direction. Near the train station is also bus stop Regence where you can take trips to Cannes(1.50€, around 30 min) Marineland (1 €, stop Gare de Biot, 15 min) and back to the airport (1.50€, 1h). Really enjoyed our stay there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartments were modern and had all the facilities to cook food. Coffee machine was great, shower was good, very clean and had a great deck. Didn't expect a pull out bed - however it was very comfortable. Location is right in the middle of town, very close to the beach, yet still quiet enough from street noise. It's a great find, very reasonable, excellent helpful staff, nice room with everything thought of even Twinings Tea Bags!!! In the heart of everything and 2 minutes to the beach. I have been coming to JLP for years and stayed in very expensive hotels but this one tops them for value and location. Everything was perfect. The location is good, nice room near the sea and town centre. There is a kitchenette (always useful) & the sofa bed is comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful. We arrived late and were furnished with a code to access the hotel after the reception desk had shut. Each appartment is very well equiped, spacious, the air-conditioning is very quite, and nicely decorated. The wifi is free and high speed. We found two bottles in the fridge upon arrival, Nespresso capsule, tea, cleaning kit... Well done. the location is fab ; the facility is great. there are so many restaurants in the same street, also Casino groceries in 2 min.the place was like a real house. we loved it ; definitely will go back . very friendly and helpful staff. It is noisy in the morning as you are located on a street with restaurants. It didnt bother us as we liked watching the world wake up but it would bother you if you liked a lie in. Nothing to dislike. Can not really mention anything... Parking to offload luggage is difficult as a pedestrian street, hotel parking is a 5-10 minute walk away in public parking. No laundry facilities. I couldn't complain about anything. Parking in Juan a nightmare. I cannot find anything negative to say. Nothing!. Noise at night, and parking can be very difficult. Dificult to find parking slot near hotel. Difficult parking. You will be woken up every morning before 7 am due to noise from garbage collection In the street (if you have street facing room) Wi-fi only available for one device at the time No view and balchony too small to be of any use. Right in the centre surrounded by noisy restaurants, no car parking, no receptionist when arriving late (but ok if you have a phone), classic room has a sofa bed (not too uncomfortable), room quite small once sofa bed opened up. Sofa bed- we thought we had booked an apartment with a bed and sitting room.
