  The owners - Jacqueline and Denis - friendly and helpful. The restaurant - traditional food, very well cooked and presented by Denis and his young staff - our party of 11 adults each had a delicious meal. The bedrooms - functional, but tidy with crisp, clean bedding. The location - Chauvigny is a delightful little town with a medieval church - wel... what people say » l worth a visit - albeit at the top of a very steep hill! - Hotel was easy to find and the location for exploring Chauvigny is excellent. There is private parking, a delightful garden, and the internet worked very well. Owner is very pleasant and friendly and speaks English very well. If we visit Chauvigny again and it is not in the heat of the summer, we would probably stay here again.
