  We booked this hotel as we were on a cycling holiday along the canal, the hotel is located on the edge of town, the staff are friendly and had secure parking for the bikes, the pool was a good size and perfect after a days cycling, the room was spacious, clean, and quiet with air con - The hotel was modern and clean with all relevant facilities. ... what people say » Restaurant was good although expensive considering there is generally good quality food nearby at less money. Staff were lovely in particular one young lady who spoke English as of she was from England.

  The room was excellent as a stopover on a trip to the South of France. The manager went overboard to ensure our stay was a good one. He spoke very good English. We ate at the restaurant next door. - Modern, comfortable, friendly, everything worked perfectly, staff simply SUPERB. Price very reasonable. Breakfast great.

  For us, the location was good - north of Carcassonne for our visit the following day and on the Canal du Midi with complimentary bicycles, so that we could ride ride along the canal, which was beautiful. It is comfortable, well laid out, clean and friendly. Breakfast (extra) was good. - We were a group of 8 (4 rooms). We were all very pleased ... what people say » with the facility. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the owners were very accomodating. Even the puppy dog was sweet. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

  Really friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. Good food in the restaurant, and I was offered a good rate for having dinner and breakfast. The room and en suite were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. - Everything. Staff were superb - enormously helpful. Food was good and location fantastic for the canal.

  The family who run the chateau were very friendly and looked after us well. We arrived very late but they were there to meet us and show us our room even at 10pm. The setting is beautiful and you can wander around and enjoy the views of the farmlands and valleys.
