  when we got to An Ti gwen's we were relocatred to thge Tumulus Hotel and this was an upgrade. It was very serene and a peaceful place to stay. We wished we could stay longer than one night. The dinner for fantastic. An TI Gwen's looked very cute and we would have liked to stay there too. - It is a good small hotel. We arrived late but they waited... what people say » for us. The lady doesn't speak English at all, so thanks for misunderstanding we were put in a room for 5 people instead of 2+1. Double rooms are quite small but they have two-floor rooms.

Owner keen on making you speak French , although she speaks good English.had to make an effort with my schooldays French! - Nice Economy Room with lovely Shower Room.   The staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. My room was warm and comfortable, very quiet and a reasonable size. The location is excellent; the museum and Tourist centre are adjacent, there are good restaurants and shops nearby and the bus stop is a little way around the corner. The town market has excellent local fresh and co - The indoors/outdoors restaurant on-site was excellent and handy with our two young daughters. The slide/play area outside was also useful for keeping them entertained while we dined. Our family suite had two separate bedrooms which was great for the children.

  The young man on the front desk was excellent, and very helpful and attentive to all of our needs (including speaking English, which was very useful for us). The room was spacious and comfortable, the food at the restaurant was largely excellent, and the pool was very well- maintained. If we'd only wanted to go to the beach, perhaps a closer hotel woul - My friends loved this gorgeous spa hotel, which is a Relais de Silence. We went in the off season, which made it even more fabulous as the town is a popular tourist destination. Each staff member we encountered was just lovely, and you can walk to the centreville in a few minutes. There are several wonderful creperies located at the townsquare and the pre- history museum in Carnac is phenomenal.
