Very Professional and friendly reception.The rooms and facilities are very clean . Breakfast good value at 9 Euros. If your on conference and have a budget this hotel is ideal . Likewise I'd suggest if on a vacation & your looking for a well located base, on a budget , the Waikiki Hotel would again be ideal . -

We had booked the 3 bedroom and the 2 bathrooms maisonaite-apartment at the 3rd floor. It didnt face the avenue so it was really quiet.

Very very helpful and extremely efficient staff/owners. The owners are very smart people who have planned everything perfectly for the visitor to have a superb stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and she showed us what was worth seeing in Cannes. The accommodation was very acceptable for a 2 star hotel.
