everything was very clean, all furniture is quite new, good equipped kitchen location is really great, 2 minutes to the beach, but the street is very quiet, the windows came in the yard, nice balcony with a coffee table. This was our second visit to these apartments and we really like the location and the facilities of the apartment. The price was excellent value considering we were so ideally located. I am sure we will visit again.

The flat is very comfortable for the family, we were really happy to stay there. Good sized room with self catering facilities. Very welcome to have a refrigerator and electric kettle. Wi fi good speed and steady internet connection. Loved the location and the apartment surpassed our expectations. Clean and modern with all the facilities. Location of the place is just 800 m. from the Cannes Festival and also a 3 minutes walk from the port were you can take the ferry to the Islands. The size is pretty big, with a living room, bedroom (quite small), toilet and separate shower/bathroom. No balcony and no view but we were on the second floor facing an other building. Staff pretty friendly considering french standards. the location is very central,easy to find restaurants and bar, good for city trip,shopping beach and promenade. price reasonable for cannes during sept. Posizione, confort. location close to Vieux Port. for a lonely traveller may be not very safe location, quite dark little street, but there is shield on all windows, so you can feel safe as get at home. The lack of a handwash basin in the toilet. Anywhere in Cannes has a car parking problem. The public car park about 200 metres away charges 22 Euros overnight. No choice in this respect. An English chanel or 2 on the TV would have been nice !. Kitchen utensils glasses,ware etc v. Sparse and in spite of two requests for bottle opener it never arrived.Balcony very shaded. No hot water on 1st day. There is a certain supply of hot water and apparently previous guests used up most of hot water before they checked out. No toilet roll holder nor towel rail in the separate toilet. Wifi not always connected. On our last night we could hear the neighbours above moving the furniture around for hours. Not cleaned properly Some staff were not interested in helping at all Mattresses on bed are poor and very soft. Because it is a suite the living room and kitchen are very nice, but bedroom only a bed--with no storage or 2nd side table -- or tv. Only a bed. One member of the staff at the reception was very unfriendly and uncooperative. In contrary, the rest of the staff were very friendly. The place is not an Hotel, is an apartment rentals, so don't expect any service. There is no bell boy, breakfast, daily maid and so on. No TV channels beside french. The worst is the internet, the speed is ridiculous, worst then a modem. used material in appartment are cheap quality. Specially,there is no hanger for shower. so it,s impossible to have shower with hands free. Very suprised for this as we all knows that to our days ,90% of the client wants use shower instead of bath. Let down by cleanliness and rude staff upon check in. It looked nothing like the pictures, not convinced it was a Privileged apartment as booked. Air conditioning didn't work. The water pressure was very low, until I found they'd partially shut the water feed. Didn't have a proper shower. Pulizia non il massimo. No parking, no in room facilities, front desk rarely attended, no laundry, electrical outlets and plumbing fittings broken, drains blockedin bathroom.
