We stayed here for a week in June 2013. Pretty good location, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes (across the garden gate). La Croisette is a 15 minute walk along the beach, or you could take a bus (the bus stop's 100 meters from the front entrance). The apartment was neat and clean, the kitchenette had the necessary stuff. The owners are very nice people; we had forgotten our beach umbrella, he lent us one for the week.
