Very close to beach and town centre, just 5 minutes walk away. A clean, nice spa and fitness area, a relaxing quite area with a confined outside swimming pool with adequate sun beds, nice neat kept grounds, excellent security, coded access to hotel gates and garage, secure private parking for 20 euros a day with direct access into the hotel, 3 euros for 2/3 days worth of wifi use, friendly staff, room was a studio, had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, outside balcony with table.
all reviews » We pretty much liked everything there. We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities. The Musee de la castre gives a perfect panoramic view . The hotel is in a great location for shopping and the beach. The room was great with all equipments. The ambience of the hotel is perfect, the swimming pool and spa/gym were all excellent and free of charge. It is a nice and modern hotel, which was always well staffed with a pleasant and helpfull team. Ablosutely great value of money. We really love Cannes with its cinematic atmosphere and enjoyed our stay there and were upset when holiday was over. I'd like come back next time and really recom. Great Location right behind the Carlton Hotel, 3 mins walk from the city beaches, 10 mins walk from the trainstation. apartments are comfortable enough for the price, balcony south facing over the garden are the nicest. good wifi access at a decent rate (10 euro for a week). It's an apartment, not a hotel, so you have to clean it yourself at departure and deposit linens at the laundry area. But for that tiny trade-off, you get absolute luxury, beautiful grounds and a swimming pool in the perfect location. For a bargain!. All fresh new, clean and tidy, staff friendly, nice park in front and behind the hotel. Very good interiordesign and very practical furniture and organization of the kitchen. Nothing everything was gorgeous, nice and exiting, thanks :-). the sofa beds are ok to sleep on for a week or so however it's not a double bed, but 2 singles, something to consider when you take the studio apartments, the check-in time is a little late (5pm). No permanent power outlet (all goes out when the room card is out), so the clock on the microwave is reset and you cannot charge your batteries. But you can get additional key on the reception, so this is no issue. Maybe little too small places in the garage and the room is smaller than in an average hotel (but nicely arranged so that everything just fits). kitchen area is only basic for simple meals - no oven, toaster, kettle Young chldren could be disturbed when asleep due to position of bunk beds in space opposite toilet/bathroom and walk-way between bedroom and living area. The fact that we had to clean the room before we left. But it wasn't a big deal because none of us were too messy. Paying for internet connection, the signal very poor from my apartment. Having to clean up; otherwise a cleaning fee. Why not charge a little more to include the cleaning?. Small room. On the two occassions we stayed our rooms ventilation was faulty (different floors) which meant our room filled with smell of stale cigarette smoke which travels through the ventilation system from other rooms and into our apartment. It was very unpleasant and the staff was powerless to do anything so this means we would not risk booking a 3rd time sadly as we really liked this development but smoke infused rooms isn't good for any family. Nothing. The Sofa Bed. Parking, Internet and room cleaning are not free. Very small room & the cleanses is not so good. Jacuzzi not hot enough to truly enjoy it. Some staff very rude and looking to pick fights. While it's advertized that there is air conditioning in every room, it was not available in reality. Thus, we left windows open and were attacked by mosquetos. Very uncomfortable bed Unnecessary furniture in a very small room letsbookhotel.com customers get punished.
