The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people). The WiFi is working very good, surprisingly after Italy. From the balcony you can see small piece of the sea and this is quite pleasant. The price for the apartment we stay id quite reasonable for the area of south of Cannes, I suppose.

On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!). When i went the price was excellent. The apartment was cleaned daily. It's very funcional, you get what you pay for, which is fine. Front desk staff are pleasent and helpful. 15 minute easy walk to centre of Cannes. Fantastic location, well appointed studio, with almost all you need. There is a dishwasher, a kitchen, and a comfortable well set apartment. The location n the edge f the old quarter f town was fantastic. Good location (near the sea shore, a lot of buses connecting place to train station), reasonable price, good access to Internet, silence in the bedroom (with window to inner part of the building). Old pool loungers / furniture. The floor of the appartment was a bit dusty and sandy on arrival and the balcony needed a wash. The walls are in need of a lick of paint. One of the receptionist ( a lady) Was very unpleasant on my arrival while I was trying to get in the hotel and the door opening button didn't work properly. She screamed and Made fun of us without respect. The other lady was very kind. Too old reception area, needs to be renovated. Unpleasunt smell in the room. Conditioner too weak. very very uncortable furnitures. Specially the beds. Only one towel given per person for one week. Extra caharges for the cleaning before check-out which has not been mentioned at the booking. On the hotels website they say that there is parking available when in fact this is not true. We had to park our car a long way away and pay a fortune to keep it there. - Was not informed that using the kitchen in this "aparthotel" would cost you extra 30-something euros until checking in at the reception. - No beach view as mentioned. This is the worst "superior" room ever, it would be better if they simply wrote they offer a run-down youth hostel or rent out studios for poor students. The walls were wett and moisty in the bedroom, toilet and bathroom, there were some strange red bugs all over the place, the door lock on the appartment door was taken from a cartoon, wireless didn't work at all... Don't stay there, please!.
