The staff were excellent,helpful,and very pleasant. The garage is a definite plus,in an area which is busy and parking is not easy at this time of year.The accomodation was clean and comfortable,and for three of us just right.A little street noise,but that was due to the massive work going on,and that should be finished soon. Good! Very good! The room answers to the pictures on letsbookhotel.com. Well equipped kitchen. Every day cleaning. Air conditioner. Very friendly staff! Close to the bakery!! Not far from the main street and beach.
all reviews » Very nice place, quite and clean, very comfortable rooms with a superb terrace, near to the beach and the festival palace. The staffs are very kind and helpful. We really had a good time in Cannes. It was clean, light, spacious, quiet and contemporary. The staff were helpful and unobtrusive. The bedding was good quality and changed every day and the main bed was soft and comfortable. Great facility, spacious, not so far from the sea (10 min slow walk). The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. We loved it!. evrything perfect, very comfortable apartment, staff very helpful and kind. Size of apartment. A couple of small points,soap dispensers in the bathroom did not function well,or were empty,dead bulb in ceiling,and we had to have someone come to fix the safe so that we could use it,this was done quickly.The publicity pictures on the website were a little misleading,as it looked as if all appartments had terraces,when in fact only the most expensive had,this should be made clear. The windows are opposite the noisy and smogged avenue, but air conditioner let do not open the window. The sofa bed was fine for a couple of nights but maybe needed a mattress topper or something similar if you were to use it for longer than that, as I could feel the springs slightly, but it didn't affect the enjoyment of my stay. Noise from the main street. Car park. This time we were not satisfied with the hotel. Apart from the caotic situation of the Blvd Carnot (road work in front of the hotel), we were "welcomed" with a plate full of meat inside the microwave oven (!?). Internet did not work at all. The soap dispenser in the shower was not working either. We have been using the Villa Carnot for the last 3 years and it seems that the overall quality level is going down. It's time to recover it... Absence of staff during off hours. The rear parhing is extremely dangerous to get your car in and out from. The internet doesn't work.
