La Banasterie is the oldest B&B in Avignon, dating back to the year 1521 and it is located in the heart of the city just 50 metres from the Palais des Papes. What people say

Very nice place. Doesn't have an elevator, but they help you up with the luggage, you won't even have to ask. Breakfast is served in a very nice room with fresh fruit and pastries, yoghurt, juice, hot drinks. Underground parking is nearby, but you can drive into the street where the house is located to unload the luggage. The room was beautiful, and the host was very helpful. The location was quite near the Palais de Papes (with its associated parking lot, useful when we rented a car.) I would definitely stay here again.
