The location. We never saw any staff apart from when we got the key from the cafe. We weren't asked for any booking documentation. We could have been anyone. The was no Wifi even though it said there was on letsbookhotel.com.

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots.

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
