  This is a family run, no-nonsense hotel in the middle of the forest, right at the edge of lake Pielienen. It has a sauna and there's a rowing boat that you can use to explore the lake. The double rooms come with a spacious balcony and the feel is more of an apartment than a hotel room: you never get the feeling of being locked in or crowd-controll... what people say » ed in any way. - Very good sauna, and nature.   Wonderful hosts! Very friendly, offered us some freshly caught fish, and when discovered that we were vegetarians, cooked delisious food just for us. They also have a super-friendly dog :) And they also speak English and even some German. The location is also nice - directly at the lake. Some things in the house were a bit old but everything was c... what people say » lean and cosy so it didn't disturb at all. Highly recommended!
