Rooms are clean bright and of an appropriate size, Bathroom was well equipped and had an excellent shower. WiFi, Kettle, Fridge and microwave all included free and enough hair and body soap, tea, coffee, creamer and sugar supplied for the duration of your stay Security was good with cameras everywhere, The key-less system worked well and added to the security aspect as you were unable to leave the stairwell without the correct floor code however the lift had no boundaries, The porters/chamber p.
all reviews » Omenahotel is a budget hotel and check-in is self-serve - however, due to our (unexpected) 11-night stay, I interacted with the cleaning staff regularly - they were always cheerful and helpful. The room was much larger than a standard European room and we made good use of the table and chairs and kettle, microwave and fridge. We purchased a minimum amount of utensils and had breakfast in the room before heading out. Our room looked out into a courtyard - at first I was concerned because the win. very nice hotel, booking and use - it is very easy and convenient, and there is no reception staff, it's like your own apartment at the time, great location in the city, everything is simple and clear, get the door code and number of your room. the room has everything you need - shower, toilet, hairdryer, kettle, small fridge, microwave ... actually I can not say anything negative! Now if I need a hotel - I will always use this particular hotel chain. Location is excellent, close to railway and city centre. Good value price wise for this part of the world. Excellent location in the center of Turku between railway station and the river. It's not expensive and mainly is well located. Room equipment. Noisy guests constantly running and jumping in the room above us and late night early morning clubbers returning shouting and messing around in the corridors. The seating area is as per the pictures, two folded cots which are not comfortable to relax on. The pillows were not as comfortable as the bed. No fridge. I need a fridge for my medication. Didn't have a separate bio trash. 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-shower gel :P Uncomfortable bed sofa for sitting. There isn't recepcion, and it mades the hotel a little bit dismal. The beds were incomfortable. I booked a room for 3 people but there were only 2 bed linen. The fridge was not clean inside. Other guests: drunken youngsters puking and making noise in the corridors. Dirty room. Not value for your money. Dirty in the room. Very dirty room. Discusting. I did not like the lack of any staff. There was no one to answer a question or to register a complaint to. I think, given this, the hotel is overpriced. Too many drunk people around SINCE there is no control...
