the location is good and nice, parking free on yard of the hotel. Nice service of the staff, breakfest ok. Very suitable for opera-visitors, like we were.
How close to the train station it is. The room was clean and nite and the situation of the hotel is very good.

The design of the room looked quite old. At the reception the service was a bit slow, propably due to technical difficulties and summer staff with less experience. Because of the opera festival the price for the room was too high and quite not good value for money.
The student room that we stayed in, was comfortable yet bathroom and day covers quite dirty. The hall and stairs were dusty and dirty.
