the hotel was right in the middle of kuppio in the center of town. many shops nearby. the wifi connection was ok, the shower and the room were very big including the huge tv in our room!. The staff were very friendly and professional, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the studio room was very comfortable. Air conditioning was great! And we traveled with a dog and it went fine, so I can recommend this hotel.

Rooms are rather small, but clean. Nice room, exellent location in the city centre. New rooms. Ok bed. the reception was near the food court which felt a little bit weird but it doesnt matter. there were a lot of construction works and we didnt know from where to get to the hotel and where to find parking. The plugs in the bathtubs weren't very good, but it was still possible to have a hot bath. Wireless connection was slow at times. Spider net above the wall lamps in the room(didn't clean, even after request) Dirty balcony(a lot of empty beer cans, dirt, full of cigarette ends) No comfortable entrance to the hotel-a lot of repair work around. Breakfast is poor for 4 star hotel,window in the room is not opened and ventilation is bad,the beds are too small. There is lots of constration going on around the hotel. You have to pay for parking 10 euros at a garage across the street. Bathrooms' doors!(. nothing. Construction site in fron of the hotel, it's not hotels fault. Nothing. I cant open the window. lift, repair of road. see-through bathroom door. The food Restorant. To be honest this is not a 4 star hotel, maximum 3 stars as regards to allover facilities. No double bed in my room, just twin beds, sauna works just 1.5 hour per day and at the conviinient time. Entrance. Air-con did not work. Bathroom was equiped with automatic light switch, which did not work properly. Poor breakfast. Receptionist refused to give airline bonus points as "hotel police" is not to give those for letsbookhotel.com reservations!. The City of Kuopio is not nice because reparation of the market.
