Really nice and quiet place. Very classy and elegant. Nice service. Surprising was extra cost 30 (!?) euros for a dog . Normaly it is 10 euros (I travel lot with my dogs all around in europe). This time we agreed on € 15 and it gives additional plus for service. I will recommend. - Great authentic American themed motel. - American menu was versatile and reflected the American style extremely well! Great food, taste and price. - The motel sauna is very modern and clean. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. - Rooms were good size with good facilities.
all reviews » Very impressive and interesting design decision.Comfortable location on the Mussalo island not far from the center of Kotka and Helsinki-St.Petersburg highway, if you have a car. Cozy american style restaurant. Shop with souvenirs and american motorcycle equipment. The place is brilliant: friendly staff, cool design, great bar & clean rooms. Pick east wing because it's quieter than west one, which is located next to the bar. Stylish motel with friendly personnel. You can go shopping to Kotka's malls or you can take a rest at nearest Santalahti place. Of course, you have to have a car :). The design of the hotel is impressing! Everything was clean and tidy! Living there worth that money that you pay. nothing. Little hard to find on nightime. There are number of buildings on this address and the motel is actually behind the others. One of the guiding plate could be a good idea. The tv in the room was "OK" at best, a lot of channels did not work. Fox worked though :). The breakfast is pretty basic, but you can order a bigger one for a small additional fee. Would not recommend the place for travelers without a car/bike - it's really a motel, so it's not easy to get there by foot or otherwise. Nothing. Breakfast. It was really poor. During dinner they demanded us to pay for some live music which failed to start in time and was suspended about hour or more. Included breakfast is too simple, they suggest lot's of paid options to tiny default set. A little bit cold in the room. kitchen closes at 10:00 am. Breakfast, sauna for order only. The reception is empty very often. Poor breakfast. Breakfast was very poor, the restaurant at 23 pm was closed. Poor service Far from the city centre, need a car to get to there Close to the port/industrial area.
