I came to this lovely hotel to relax for a couple of days and my intention was a success due to the peaceful natural setting, excellent facilities and wonderful aqua park. The hotel is situated by the beautiful lake almost in the forest. The room rate is inclusive of rich breakfast, as well as aqua park in the morning and during the day. Bathrobes and a hair-dryer are provided in the room.
all reviews » I rested with year old baby for 2 nights. Great place to relax, unwind and forget about the problem that occurs daily. Stayed at the hotel on a business day, so that people in the spa was not much. The baby has received a great pleasure. Lived in the economy room, it was renovated, everything is new and clean. Breakfast was varied. Beautiful nature around the hotel. Everything was just fine. we booked promenade room, but they had no any for some reason and they gave us village cottage for one night for the same price. well, breakfast is good as always. also there is some nice blondy girl, who is cleaning mens shower room when we are there lol. Really lovely hotel on a lake shore, with broad spa facilities, minimal but clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and professional stuff, and with rich breakfast including famous Finnish fish, porridge and etc. This place is a good for relaxation and rest. There is a very beatiful lake and forest around the hotel. The pools and saunas are good.There are a lot of different kinds of meals for breakfast. Aquapark was terrefic - relaxing and enjoyable, suitable for adults and for little kids. Very calm and harmonic surroundings. Exact timing of the bus to get to the town centre by ourselves. Everything was perfect!!! Especially spa)))) The hotel is located near the beautiful lake in the forest. The room was with balcony, and the view from it was fantastic!!!. Pool, great breakfast, nature, parking. to keep the same level of hospitality. spa, aquapark, swimming-pool, nature. nature, nice views and WiFi :-). Everything was perfect but... We enjoyed the aquapark!. Water park is excellent!. Everything was great. We liked everything. The pool and food. Friendly staff. It is not a drawback - just a wish: it would be better to start and finish the buffet lunch in the restaurant a bit later, let's say from 12:00 to 16:00, at least during the week-end. Since I was a child, I was in the room needed a kettle and plenty of large towels. The only - some temperature regulators on radiators were broken and it was too hot to sleep. also some lamps were shut and we were too lazy to go to reception to ask for repair lol. Countryside located and reachibale by car only. There is a new building near to Promanade block. So you can see construction site from windows and from the outdooor pool. Also too much people for a such space of restaurant for breakfast during weekend. Check in at 15:00. We would prefer at 13:00 or 14:00. But it isn't the basic. It's a bit strange that slippers are not included in the room price and you have to pay EUR5, while bathrobe is free. It was very hot and there was no air conditioner in the room. Saunas at the ground floor are mostly kept closed during our stays. Unfortunately the rooms were small pillows, there was toothpaste and dental schetok.Personal for registration does not speak Russian. The stuff of the reception didn't speak Russian, although they could. We didn't feel that we were welcome. Some tourists didn't know foreign languages, but the stuff didn't even try to help them to communicate. There is not any drinks for my 2 year old children on the breakfast. The food at evening meal used to be more interesting. We`ve been coming to the hotel for some 5-6 years. The rooms long been need of repair. No tea kettles in the rooms and even no hot water dispensers in public areas :(((( Too many people in the SPA and swimming pool every day and time, not actually possible to relax. The hotel is very far from the city center and poorly reachable by public transport, so it only suites for these who come by car or ready to pay crazy amount of money for going by taxi. The hotel is located in the middle of construction side, approx 2 km in radius, not very suitable for peaceful walking. The shower in the room - no bath, the water stays on the floor and there is no tool to wipe it (except the towel :-( The bar at the pool and the playing room are closed too early. The hotel requires redecoration - now it's not up to 5 stars, room we stayed at was on the ground floor for disabled people and it was a little strange... Too many russian tourists. Room services like housekeeping was not done before 3:30 pm. Breakfast like a fast food timely. There's no soap in my room:(. everything was OK. Staff at the receprion is not very friendly. Bad conditions of chairs in our room, bad conditions of walls in corridor (Wallpapers break). Majority of customers are russians... The room littered with shards of broken glass, under the bed was found empty bottle, in the room was very stuffy and hot, the air conditioning did not work, or worked poorly - remote from him that I did not find. Also I could not get a clear answer whether it is possible to go to the pool for free and what is the value of his house guests, so there did not get. There was no shampoo (as well as shower gel) in the room. Price. price. price is too high!. So many people at restaurant. And some food and juices are finishing before the end of meal time ;(. Smokers on the shared balcony, it is unpleasant. We would feel much more comfortable if we had an electric kettle and tea cups in our room like in other Europenian four-star hotels!. We were waiting for our room for a long time!. Price. Nothing. not lucky with the weather.
