I liked this apartment. The location is perfect, just 5 mins walk to Kammpi and city centre, 10 mins walk to railway station. There are a lot of shops around. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sauna is good. We cooked by themselves and we didn't feel any lack of dishes. The apt is in 7 mins walk from the beach. The price is perfect especially if you travel and live with your friends or family. It can save your money. In the bedroom there is comfortable and really big bed, in living room they prov.

Finding the hotel or any hotel in that matter in the city of Helsinki is a bit tricky to find since the Street names are very small and found on the side of the buildings. We arrived late so we picked our keys up from the airport which was complete ease. The apt was VERY clean and the linens and duvet covers were fine quality. Location was great, easy to get on the trams to get anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. Very close to the central part of the city, expecially to the railroad station - 5-10 minutes by walk! We found everything people need to live at the apartment, everything was working, including internet connection. Easy to check in - no need to look for people at reception to leave keys, you may take and leave them anytime at the office post pocket, aiport or railroad station. No disturbing neighbours. I will recommend this place to everyone. The location is really close to the center of helsinki, where you can enjoy the city life. Kammpi station only 5 min walk, esplanade 15 min walk, Rautatisema (central station) 10 min walk. The facility were great, you got everything you need (washing machine, microwave, kitchen amenities, and dishwasher). The staff are helpful, they give all related information about location, keys, and direction beforehand. The location is perfect - close to Subway and Railway Station, but at the same time quiet and cozy . The apartment is equipped with all the necessities, perfect bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Staff we contacted for accommodation issues was extremely helpful and professional. The apartment was small but had everything we needed. Bed lovely and firm. Very helpful staff - we had difficulties with the washing machine mid cycle but two maintenance men came that afternoon to repair it so we didn't have to get on a flight with a bag full of wet clothes. The two young women in the office, Margit & Marge, are friendly, competent, professional, and intelligent (not to mention beautiful). I extended my visit twice, and they were very helpful making that happen. They know The City, and had great ideas for sights to see. The apartment suite was new and really spacious with internet and all amenities included! The enclosed balcony was great as it was very cold and we had a really great time and could entertain guests as the apartment was completely set! A really great place!. Excellent price, considering this is a Nordic country. Located right at the city center, 2 steps from Kamppi Station. A number of convenience stores are also very close by. Inside the apartment, everything was very clean and new. We stayed in a studio which came equipped with a kitchen and included a few tea bags, coffee and creamers, sugar and salt, as well as dishes. Very comfort accomodation in the center of Helsinki (10 min to Railroad station, 5 min to Kamppi and Autobus station). A lot of useful facilities in the apartment (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.). We were 4 people that were staying in one of the bigger apartments with the sauna. A centrally located city apartment that offers everything that it advertises. room size is big, and it including everything that we need, very convenient. Kitchen well equipped, good bed, a welcome package with coffee, tea portions. It will be better if the host provides some salt, sugar, tea and coffee. We bought big package of salt and sugar and tea and left them in apt for future guests. Early check out is not good also. We paid a good price for our place, so honestly nothing to complain about. The place is small, but cosy and cute. It was great to have a dishwasher and washer, however perhaps it's because they are European appliances it took approx 2 hours and we were asked to be in the apartment while they were running, still not a deal breaker for us as we kept these running at night. There were no stair in the apartment, it's a bit inconvenience when we first arrive and have to carry our luggage up. Everything OK. I had a rather unpleasant encounter with their cleaning guy, who, alas, did not get the word that I had arranged for a late checkout my last morning. The guy was way, way out-of-line and got fairly angry over such a simple paperwork error. To his credit, he later apologized, which is good. It certainly would not stop me from staying there again, and this unfortunate little episode has little to do with Citykoti's management. Not enough spoons and during "wet" months there could be an additional door mat since dirty snow and rain can get around the apartment. Also, it would help if the key can be left in the apartment on the check-out rather than it having to be taken to the office. But really great apartments. Building entrance is sketchy. Paper towel was not properly renewed and we had to buy our own. There is no reception, so if you are arriving after 5pm, you must make arrangements to pick up your keys. None. All was fine. Very unreliable Internet connection. Walking up the stairs (five flights!). Shampoo was not enough to cover the length of our stay. Paper towel at the kitchen was also barely enough. WiFi worked strange: connection to room router regurarly stopped at the evening, but it was an opprtunity to connect to routers located in the neares rooms.So, finally I had an intrenet. No option ofof luggage storage after check-out. 1st floor location overlooking sometimes-noisy and ugly paved courtyard/trash/service area; lasting water puddles from poorly designed drainage in bathroom/shower. Our appartement was on the fifth floor without lift, so we had to carry our (heavy) luggage up and down the stairs... Early checkout even if they extended it to 12pm it would be perfect. The weather :) but it has nothing to do with the appartments. Towels are only changed on Wednesdays, you need to inform staff (not on the premises) by Tuesday 16:00 if you want new towels. The information is on a notice board inside the apartment. I only read it on Tuesday at 17:00. There were 2 moments: - check out in 10 o'clock - inadequate neighbors. I did not like that there were people renovating the building because you can not sleep well. They just make much noise. I was expecting the location of the flat in thesame adress of the one in the website which was not but still ok. The elevator was unreliable. - reduced number of available TV channels - enormous values of possible penalty fees - scary elevator :-). Room was very tiny. But if the period of your stay short and you plan only to sleep in the there then it's not a big problem. There is no elevator. Bed was a little large for the room, therefore no bedside table, and it was a little difficult to get to the ironing board which was pull out from the draw at the back of the kitchen cupboards, and went out over the bed. Works in the building, just near our flat, during 3 days, starting at 7 a.m. Seemed a little pricey for how basic it was, the faucet in the bathroom was not working while we stayed here, and it is a little out of the main areas where we mostly toured. Shower curtain could have been a little wider to prevent water from splashing so far onto the floor--could have been user error on our part. Minor details like a mop and a squeegee to take the water away after shower would be nice. the internet was a bit slow... No way to control the heating, so it was roasting inside (better hot than cold, though). The room is a bit too small and you can hear people, talking on the stairs quite loudly. No breakfast bowls. Could not work out how to turn the heating down? Minor point the wifi did not work for one day. Ended up having to reset the 3G device myself. no lift !!! our apartment was at the 5th floor without lift and it was exhausting to carry our luggage to the flat. very small bathroom, i banged into the walls and washbasin. an outside glass of the triple glazing window was broken. The bathroom could be updated but wasn't bad. The shower didn't drain very well so water went everywhere. The apartments are beautiful but the the building needs renovation. Washing machine in the bathroom....although it was a godsend, greatly reduced the usable space in the bathroom, and required servicing, as it did not spin dry clothing adequately. Blinds and venetians malfunctioned, making the apartment either extremely light, or dark. hotel office if not in the same building, taking keys and return them back are not convenient. Bathroom was a little small due to the washing machine inside.
