when I got the key I was able to get in very late without problems (we were visiting our friends nearby). We were not charged for extra bed for the kid. The breakfast (included in the price) was great (we managed to convince the kid to eat something, it's not an easy task usually!). The staff is very nice: I was looking for a drug store to buy a medicine and I've got a good advice at the reception. The price was cheaper then most of the hotels in Helsinki, but comparable with the ones in Espoo. . all reviews »
The room was stylish and clean. Free parking, good breakfast. I will select this hotel also next time I travel to Helsinki or Espoo.Very nice hotel. Very good breakfast. On week-ends if you're arriving after 6 p.m. there is a limited number of open restorants/cafees/shops nearby, so restorant or bar in the hotel would be very needed. Hard to find the hotel, view from the windows - constructions. Strange lift behavior - it was possible reach 2 and 4 floor without keycard, not 3, where was my room.
Short sauna worktime is a minus too. The hotel restaurant was closed at evenings. time for sauna is too short and too early..till 19.00. Sauna begin at 16-45, the time when turists usually in Helsinki. I had no chance to enjoy it.Staff in buffet - they took away falsk with coffee before the brefast`s end. No drink for children - juice and water were only with ice. In room -constantly very noising air-conditioner without opportunity to switch it off!. Empty dishes during breakfast. We come 9,30, breakfast was till10,00.Almost all warm food was finished. Was very difficult to find hotel.1.sauna was available only for an hour instead on 24 hours as expected 2. Construction works taking place next to the hotel were not mentioned. The picture on the site is misleading. The view from the rom is awful (construction).
