We have just had 11 days fantastic holiday. Treated like a king and queen throughout. It would be impossible to find a better hotel in Sinai. The building, the pools and the gardens are truly magnificent. Above all, the staff are so friendly, polite, helpful and professional. It is difficult to pick out individuals, but the two lifeguards, Osama and, particularly, Waleed did much more than their duties demanded to make our stay so enjoyable. The management and staff of the Stella cannot do enough for everyone, its a very friendly hotel in a good location all you need for a enjoyable relaxing holiday in Sharm El Sheikh . - Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially A.Fattah at the pool :-) -hotel is clean and very good facilities -excellent reef for snorkelling right off the hotel -huge clean cold water pools -good fast service when a/c didn't work -very convenient and organised shuttles to town. Impossible to think of anything we didn't like. - No sandy beach area as hotel is on a low cliff - breakfast was just ok, not much variety -no shisha served at day time, only night -mini mart in hotel had ridiculous prices (ie. US$ 7 for a box Pringles!). I wouldn't say this was a 5 star hotel overall. The food was delicious but for the price you pay the quality was no where near 5 star. I mean providing as apple for desert on a 5 star buffet isn't on. Plus, instant coffee for breakfast is not 5 star. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, but didn't have the luxurious touch you'd expect of a 5 star. We didn't like being so harassed in the town by people wanting us to buy crafts. The room didn't have WiFi and smelt of smoke( smokers had been in the room before). The hotel style is old fashioned, dark and heavy. nothing. The food at dinner could be of better quality. Only had dinner at tarrezo, both buffet and a la carte. Food could have been better. What I didn't like that there is no actual beach so if I don't know how to swim , I can't enjoy the see. My sister decided to visit me at night and they didnt allow her to come. their is no pharmancy in the hotel and there's no supermarket in hotel. Bus drivers to the airport drive too fast. far away from Neema Bay. the prices for activities such as the aqua park visit. too much. Nothings. not walking distance from naama bay. The Spa treatments were very average. Nothing. More than one staff asking me if I need a coffee while I am in the Lobby, although I have order one and not arrived yet. The food was a total bad experince. we were not able to eat at the hotel because the food was horrible. No beach. Room not up to the standard expected. Food very poor. Felt like a second class citizen being all inclusive (different menus for all inclusive). Noisy rooms Some staff hawking for tips Dreadful poolside music every night that is impossible to escape from even in room with doors shut Some staff were rude Dreadful bed-very soft and worn mattresses. The restaurant at night for dinner did not allow us to enter eith short, only pants allowed speaking of beach resort!! The sofa bed was too bad, the restroom and bath was bad quality. I didnt not like the time restrictions. Not being able to workout or use the pool until everyone else was up and moving about. Going airport with a taxi costs 30USD if there is someone with u, if you are alone same way, same car 17 USD :-))) . They just dont have logic. In Food court there should be more alternatives. Beds was not comfortable Hotel is so far and has no path for neama bay st. and we couldn't walk on the street because there was dogs trying to bite us High prices for any kind of food which was not nice.
