Very friendly, helpful and honest staff. Terrace view restaurant with wonderful view of the Luxor temple and Valley of Kings. Tours organized by the hotel, with a well read Egyptologist (Mr. Hassan) and safe, professional chauffeur ( Mr. Ramadan). The hotel booked us the Hot air balloon trip over Luxor with Sindbad Balloons, which was a good experience early in the morning. We had an experienced and professonal pilot Mr. Mahmoud. The hotel also organized airport pick up and drop for us@ 20 .
all reviews » Go for it as simple as that. Very good management Ahmed and Tahir are very friendly to assist. Room was clean and Wifi was also working very fine. Food is also good and the location is amazing. very close to the Luxor hotel and right in middle of the market as well. They arranged for the entire 2 day trip as well. Everything went on track. It was comfortable and nice. Helpful staff. The roof terrace was really nice, with a great view and good selection of dishes and drinks at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet had lots of good things, like falafel, cheese, beans, juice, vegetables... Centrally located, close to the Luxor temple. The price was really good too. :). All staff were really nice with us, the location is great and they have some not expensive tours you can take to visit all temples in Luxor, with a guide who speaks spanish or english. Apparently they are related to a travel agency somehow so they were able to help us booking the tours easily. The location is really good. And the open air roof has a very nice atmosphere, specially at night. The best value for money hotel I found anywhere in Egypt. The staff were great. Our bathroom was a bit strangely planned, like a corridor with the shower in the middle and the toilet in the back. There was no shower curtain so everything got wet. Also it could have been cleaner, for example at the breakfast buffet, the plates were dirty (don't look at the back side of the plates..). Lots of traffic noise in the evenings. Our bathroom was really tiny and the shower was literally over the toilet. Breakfast is good but it may be poor for someone that doesn't appreciate having salad/vegetables in the morning. No complaints about the hotel. The only thing I didnt like was getting food poisoning from the meal on the over-night train from Luxor to Cairo. Nothing. Nothing particularly. The sheets and towels can be better and fresh. The location is great in the sense that is very close to the temple. However, that also means that there is a lot of hassle every time to go out. Tip: it is easier to find the hotel if you go from the temple, otherwise you have to go through the souk (or bazaar). N/A. Breakfast not amazing, really. Head out to the villages for better food! Staff very keen to sell tours, which are reasonably priced but not the best for those who know Egypt.
