Everything was very good! The apartments beautiful and big (we were staying in penthouse apartment). Direct view to the ocean and almost private beach 30-50 meters. Staff and owner Tim super friendly and helpful! Everyone who wants to stay near puerto plata /cabarete this is the place to stay!.

everything was great! Location was in the middle of Sosua and Cabarete, which made it great. the rooms were impressive and the staff where laided back and helpful. great stay will go back again.

Its a quiet place to relax. A bit far from the city, but thats the price for the silence. Great ocean connection, just few minutes from your room.
It is more of an appartement house rather than a hotel, meaning that no hotel services are being provided (breakfast, reception, information desk etc.). Price little high compared to other similar condo houses litte more inland (rates at $ 40 - 50 per night).
I have nothing bad to say about this place.
