all reviews » Very friendly staff, hotel was finished when I traveled and the service was 200% great, good location, rooms were very comfortable, clean, from the receptionists to the bell boy to the waiter it was excellent defintely coming back. It was just so beautiful. The photos dosnt do it justice. I'm definitely coming back in 6 months. The staff was amazing. The chef was amazing and so happy. They helped me more than expected and I'm sooo grateful for everything. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. The staff was quite friendly and helpful during my stay. The location of the hotel is central to conducting business in Santo Domingo. The room was spacious and modern, the staff were friendly and the location was convenient for what I wanted (near to my office and to a supermarket). The staff were very helpful and quick to respond and deal with any issues. Weston Suites is GREAT VALUE! Always stay there when on business. Correct hotel with good location and excellent staff. staff friendliness. Very comfortable,,. The suite. Breakfast was good. I need now 5min to find something... The brekfast is good but they dont have a menu or a bufet . They ask you what you want... Key card kept having to be re-programmed. (minor inconvenience) Gym not as equipped as I would like (only running machines and a few weights) Breakfast was rather light. The phone in my room would drop the calls but not and issue to stop me from coming back, breakfast was good ( continental like every hotel) but should offer something else the cook was not always there on time not good for someone who needs to be out by 7:30am, but I will still go back and stay with them. Minor details to look into no biggie. It would be nice if there was a printer available when using the lobby computers to print business documents, boarding passes, etc. The air conditioning didn't work well in my room (it turned on but didn't cool the room at all). Just like the last time I stayed, the toiletries consisted of 2 tiny bottles marked "shampoo" and "conditioner" which both contained the exact same product. No information in the room about room service, restaurant opening hours or any of the other hotel services. food service. Change room,just when I was comfortable,and tried to put me in a worst location,until I raised Hell,not acustume to being treated that way.. I have offer that hotel night to my parents but my father has been charged on his credit card should be my credit card (Ricky Medina Martinez). Room was MUCH smaller than described on letsbookhotel.com. They want a big deposit without giving minibar.. no sense!!! Incredible. Dirty and smelly room. No fresh lineens.
