I did love the whole hotel and my room. It was really clean and felt secure. Good wifi, clean beautiful bathroom, dark wooden floors, good bed. There are no bug screens on the windows but put of the air conditioner and put the fan on. It keeps any mosquitoes away. I had no superb views from the balcony/ patio, but that didn't mind me at all, for the views are fantastic from the pool area etc.. and the atmosphere really relaxing. Yes, the music is loud at night, but it's just the way Roseau is..
all reviews » Very good hotel services (reception, bar, breakfast, restaurants, trips and activities etc.). Very friendly and helpful stuff as all Dominica's peaople. Good location at the down town, everything in walking distance (town center, shopping, restaurants, visitor center, ferry). Wonderful view from hotel pool at the sea. Good starting point for exploring the island by car. The hotel provides stunning views on the edge of the oceans we got the ocean front rooms in the new section and left the windows open all night the sound of waves crashing below to put you to sleep is idilic Everyone of the staff was very friendly and that spreads to the people of Dominica who could not be more helpfull. The view of the ocean from the pool and our room was amazing. The fresh seafood at the dinner took our breath away and the entertainment left a smile on our faces. The room was spacious and contained all the amenities we required to make our stay memorable... We loved every minute of it!!!. Lovely ocean front room with balcony (180° sea view!°), nice room, big bed - despite a big party going on at the bar/restaurant area of the hotel, absolutely quiet in the room, no street noise at all, - nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, right in the center of town, friendly staff. I loved the warmth of the staff, the ambiance of the hotel. The cleanliness of the room, the location of the hotel, the view from my room was breath taking at sun up and sun down. The food was great. I liked the friendly and helpful staff. The quick response to any issues raised. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Meals were delicious and well presented. up-to-date gym (equipment, AC, TV) excellent food at bar and good value good wifi connection fridge and coffeemaker in standard rooms also. very friendly and helpful staff. Felt like home from home with luxury thrown in !!!!. We just liked absolutely everything and wish to come back one day!!. Close to Business spots in Roseau. overall nice hotel. good staff. Limited parking (we had to park at the street in front of the hotel). Mosquitos in the room. There was nothing I didnt like about this hotel. The prices seemed a bit stiff and I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get a morning spa appointment. I think whether or not you like your stay at the hotel depends very much on which room you are in - there were rooms in another building closer to the restaurant, and I am quite sure these people didn't get any sleep while the party was going on - take an ocean front room, it's worth its money. That I had to check out I wish my stay was longer. I booked a deep tissue massage which was painful, expensive and not very relaxing. overpriced activities (hiking guides, diving) standard rooms cramped. Leaving to go home!!!!!!. Very far from international Airport Melville Hall, Solar water heaters no hot water early morning.
