Very clean (in terms of hygeine and design). Beautifully and simply designed w/ nice materials, un-fussy and very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk. Included breakfast was nice and coffee was good. Convenient location for walking into all parts of town, w/out having to be in the thick of downtown. Also, convenient, affordable parking on site. Close to the train, but even on the first floor, train side, that noise was not intrusive. Considering all of these positive points, .

The bed was slightly soft for my liking, but not a big deal at all, just a personal preference. Be good if breakfast could include liver pate (which they usually have in Denmark at breakfast) but that is a very minor point. Minimal furniture and fittings in room. Maybe a feature of refurbished European hotels these days, but no shelving in the bathroom was challenging. No in-room stuff like bar fridge, kettle or coffee-tea. Didn't worry us but some people may find a trip to the dining room tiresome. Wi fi kept dropping off. Nothing really. In winter time a doormat would be nice in the room, as there are no carpets. You would think that a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries and make-up was mandatory in a hotel - we missed that. Next time we'll make sure to get a grand lit !. Lott off noise from other guest. It is a little hard to find, even with gps because the entrance is through an alley to a one-way street behind one of the main streets. But once we found it, everything was good. way too soft bed, got pain in my back and neck. The car park was very small and we arrived a little late in the evening to get a space but there were spaces in the street outside the hotel. Small detail: the bacon was burnt all four mornings. Nice breakfast room, but possibly too hot. No water boiler on room. Some of the design 'features' ie a futuristic toaster that I couldn't make work and nobody around to help during self service breakfast. Single beds are very narrow. Awful Car Parking for which payment is expected. My car had to be cleaned professionally before onward travel due to the disgusting bird and tree sap droppings that had been deposited upon it during the 3 days at this Hotel. Watch this fact if you are given car park space 6 or near to this. No common sense applied by staff at booking in to this fact. Breakfast - really awfull, especially the artificial scrambled eggs. Horror :(. rooms can be a bit small. No hospitality tray in room & hv to make hot drinks in common area. The bed was too soft. The shower head. Bed too soft for personal preference. Shower too small. Design over practicality and comfort. In our opinion it is expensive, even by Scandinavian standards, for what you get. Too little space for clothes etc. Noise from the street in the night. Thought the room was going to be bigger. Too expensive Boring - just another "minimalistic" design-hotel. staff was rude, hotel is austere in terms of design, but practical enough, ridiculous high prices for what it offers in terms of comfort, facilities, poor breakfast. But that's valid for what all Scandinavian hotels are offering, huge prices and minimal comfort.
