Our rooms were nicely furnished, very clean, very comfortable and everything worked well. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Good location and facilities!!. The location ' the kitchen in the apartment. the price and location. Thought it must be the wrong room. That it was for Posh and Becks. Sohuge, like a Presidential Suite. Large lounge. No, and it was fairly convenient for trams and the metro, or you couldwalk into the main tourist parts in ten minutes. room faced the road and was quite noisy, beds not overly comfortable, I sent an email asking about the airport shuttle bus mentioned on the hotel's website and never got a reply. Staff at the hotel didn't seem to know about the shuttle bus either.Some of the hotel rooms a bit noisy. There was no A/C in our room. A/C is required for guests between June and October as well as A/C can solve the problem of noise. No microwave in the kitchenette, noise from the cars passing on the street when sleep in the living room.the rooms were a little bit old fashioned. Getting stuck in the lift for 1 hour. Breakfast room was smaller than desired and in the basement area. However, the breakfast served was more than adequate.The aircon didn't work and as the main road is quite busy it can be verynoisy if the windows are left open. when i arrive for the first day they told me that there is no rooms for me for the first night even i have a confirmed booking But the arrange another hotel for me for the first night only with the same rate so i paid the same rate and returned back to this hotel in the seconed day.the taxi to the new hotel was on thier expensesa taxi. Only issue was the Hotel lift was out of service on the day we arrived. no desk to work at. Quite noisy, room next to bust road. rather gloomy atmosphere. perhaps because some of the furniture or because of the apartament like style.the hotel did not start the A.C in the room even though nothing was mentioned att he time of booking that A.c will not be given. if A.c is not to be given it should have been specifically mentioned specially when u rate a property as 4 star. in a 4 star property it is assumed that ac is a must.

Our suites consist of one bedroom with a king-size bed or 2 single beds and one living room and are equipped with selected furniture. The living rooms feature a satellite TV, ISDN internet access, a PC and a fax machine on request and comfortable large sofas which can also be used as extra beds for 2 people.

Prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette.
