The room was large and very comfortable. Good location close to bars and restaurants. Also easy access to public transport which will take you close to the Old Town and other areas of interest. The finishes of the rooms were a little poor (leaky showers due to poorly fitted shower screens, wonky door handle finishes etc - only tiny things, but not what is expected for a four star hotel).More extensive TV channels. accomodated in standard room although booked DeLuxe (change only possible on day 2), bread from the day before served during breakfast (excuse hotel staff: 'something went wrong with the delivery'), broken bathroom light not repaired until day 4 although claimed in the morning of day 2, toilet articles not 4-stars worth, rather small breakfast room, no lift, discount shopping card not available. Breakfast and the bells!!. No bar, lounge or restaurant facilities - not really a 4* hotel. Long walk from the old town (but tram is close by).
