Situated in a great location, central to all the major attractions and in a quiet street. Very comfortable apartment style residence. Breakfast was included as was wifi. The staff were fantastic, spoke English and assisted in a friendly and professional manner. A thoroughly enjoyed stay, thank you, I think we will go back and stay there. Very nice hotel situated 5 minutes walk from Staroe Mesto. Excellent spot for tourist visit. Walking distance to most of the touristic spots and at the same time quiet and cozy. We had a last floor room with huge balcony overseeing the whole city - specifically castle and clocktower.

Top floor with a roof terrace giving a view of the whole of the old city. Breathtaking. When we plan our next visit to Prague we will stay in this perfectly situated hotel again. The breakfast room could meet the requirements for a four star hotel. I don´t think there can be a hotel better located in cental Prague. The apartment is right in the old town Prague, 5 min to the astronomical clock and the square. Breakfast buffet was great, great selection of deli, cheese, fruit, pastry, etc. the rooms were clean with towels, soap and shampoo. The location was great, very close to Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. The room was large and clean with the charm of a real European hotel. Wifi connection in the rooms was poor, but in the breakfast accommodation good. - - -. The third bed (sofa bed) is not ready when we arrived. We fixed it ourselves. The beddings are still in the closet. There were only 2 towels but we were given one more after we requested for it. The place looks a bit abandoned, and when we arrived at 8am in the morning they told us that they could give us the room only at 2pm. It would have been better to know it in advance!. Bathroom ! - large but terrible designed, after showering you have water ALL OVER !! Must have been made by a drunk "handyman"... :-). The hotel is not flexible for customers who would like to check in early. My room is quite big for three peoples but it seems a little old. Rooms are not sound-proofed as advertised. Smell of cigarette smoke throughout hotel. Some small repairs needed doing to our room when we arrived. Really hard to find, especially as we drove there, but when we did find it the parking was secure and easy to access. internet access and breakfast was poor. No place to hang coats inside. The "coffee" was to weak. Like oldstyle American coffe. Not even, the so called, "expresso" lived up to its name. Anyhow if you closed your eyes and dreamed about coffee you could get a slight taste of coffe. Nothing much to complain really. Breakfast, not much variety and not very good. poor choice of TV channels dont change the towels towels are really old food is basic but solid wi fi was down. Breakfast were very average - I expected more. The room we had with a kitchenette was very sparsely equipped. (We did get an electric boiler and cups for tea the second day.). they dont change towel everyday, but despite of that nothing serious really.. Only sour point is the weak rather often missing wifi signals. during the winter time at the breakfast area the aircondition was on :(. every day the breakfast was the same. I had to ask 3 times to clean my apartment!. Due to construction of the shower the floor was always wet. Don't forget to take your slippers. nothing. no aircondonditoning. No printer to print out boarding passes. the light in the room is a little bit too dark. The rom balcony was very filthy strewn with cigarette butts. Sheets are short and escape from the matras, mainly in the sofa-coach Very expensive parking. Some of the furniture was old and stained. Nothing that terrible, either. Poor Wi fi ( free) could not sleep well in day due no dark curtains no waiting area for check in. The room wasn't finished. There were some calbles stick out of the wall etc. . There was no AC in the rooms and the kitchenette area and supplies were very old and unappealing. Also, the breakfast wasn't very good. Paying in Euros even though we had local currency. Not a stylish hotel, but then again, but that's maybe a plus if you want to keep the cost down. the rooms had a kitchenette and a small seating area but the way they were designed was not comfortable at all with the bedroom in the middle with no windows or anything. The breakfact was Ok but there was a smell when you enter the room that was not very pleasant. not very clean rooms, noisy, it was expected better things at this price.
