This hotel offers excellent service for a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly, smiling and helpful, rooms cosy, with comfortable bed, location nice and peaceful, yet close to the centre. We just took a tram a minute away from hotel and after 12 minutes enjoyed the view to the Prague Castle Prague is so famous for. Hotel has also very good restaurant with delicious local meals. Our stay was really enjoyable.

Parking is inthe garage and a real struggle if you have a large car. little bit far from city centre (15 minutes tramway). Smoking was allowed in all areas including the bar which is adjacent to the restaurant. small rooms, small bathroom. It's not very suitable for vegetarians and they had problems with my card (Maestro) so I had to walk 15 min in some dark streets in order to draw some money to make a deposit. But other than that - it was nice. just its location,hotel is a good 15min tram ride away from prague center ,the hotel itself was lovley but the area although in the process of being regenerated was a little undesirable ,ie covered in graffitt,homeless drunks milling aroung-made it very intimidating,also i was looking forward to using the gym as i am a keen athlete however the gym consisted if three machines which were cleverly photographed against a mirrored wall creating an illusion of a much larger set up !!. Location of some rooms - very closed to the main busy street. to change menu in the restaurant. The hotel was a bit far out of the centre with not enough round it in order for you to do something at night if you did not want to get a tram into the centre. The breakfast was very poor the hot food looked and tasted like it had been put out at 6.30am and not changed. By the time we ate at 9am it was nasty. The cost of transport to and from the airport was quite a bit more than if you got the taxis at the airport. bar closing at 11.00pm. Breakfast variety or range, the fact that they charged too much money for a very small phone call I made....the fact that I was not clearly told which mineral water was free and kept in the room...the brand of water mentioned by the staff was not in the room... the Man who was working in the Bar at night of 2.01.08.
